Arstotzka

Arstotzka is a small unplayable country that exists only in the Flashpoint Europe map only, replacing Moldova and the southern part of the Ukrainian oblast of Odessa. It is bordered on the north and east by Ukraine, southwest by Romania and south by the Black Sea. The only way to access it by sea is by its only naval province, which has a port.

• This country is a reference to the country that the 2013 game Papers, Please is set in. The headquarters, province, and default leader name agrees with those in Papers, Please. However, the Arstotzkan flag used in Conflict of Nations is not that used in Papers, Please but rather a fan-made flag. The leader of Arstotzka is not stated in game, but in Conflict of Nations, the ruler is stated as Jorji Costava, described in the game Papers, Please as from Obristan.
• It is one of the two countries that occupy real-life Ukrainian territory, the other being Donbass.
